Board of Directors

The Board of Directors provides policy oversight and directs the implementation of the CHAM Strategic Plan. The Board reports to the General Assembly. Members serve a maximum of two 3-year terms. By January 2026 the chairpersonship was with ECM. The BoD has four (4) subcommittees, which include: Finance and Audit, Appointments and Disciplinary, Programs and Technical and Fundraising and Resource Mobilization.  In 2022, the BoD met 4 times.
