CHAM health facilities provides up to 77% of primary health care, 22% of primary & secondary/referral care, and 1% of tertiary care. These health facilities implement numerous community based projects, including school-based eye clinics, family planning and HIV prevention programs and empowerment programs. CHAM facilities provide high-quality services that are monitored consistently by the CHAM Secretariat.
