
In September 2024, the Christian Health Association of Malawi (CHAM) and the Malawi University of Science and Technology (MUST) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen their partnership in research and digital health initiatives. As part of this collaboration, CHAM has been hosting MUST final-year ICT students for internships across its health Institutions nationwide.
Today, on 08 April 2025, a team of MUST supervisors conducted an integrated learning assessment to evaluate the students’ industry-based learning experiences at CHAM Institutions. The assessment also aimed to measure the mutual benefits gained by both the students and CHAM institution through this partnership.
Mr. Kondwani Kaunda, ICT Manager for CHAM, commended the students for their dedication and impactful contributions to CHAM’s operations. He also praised the strong working relationship between CHAM and MUST, emphasizing how the collaboration is already yielding positive results in strengthening health systems through.
